I am Sara López, dancer, choreographer, and creator of Feminity.

I have spent more than 30 years dedicating my life to movement, the body, and expression. Along this journey, I have traveled stages all over the world—but above all, I have traveled through my own body. I have learned to listen to it, to inhabit it, and to understand everything it has to say when we give it space.

For me, dance has never been just technique. It has been refuge, transformation, and truth. And it is from that place from real and deep experience that I now guide other women.

I deeply believe that when a woman returns to her body, something within her comes into alignment. And accompanying you in this process is, for me, a true privilege.
